Last one I swear.
When using the Snap all Windows shortcut, Kzones will move windows that have Position > Forced window rules. If I turn those rules off and on, the windows will return to their forced position and will no longer be affected by further Snap all Windows shortcuts until next login.

I noticed this too, don't know if this is fixable but I will look into it.
