Currently, ignored paths are hared-coded.
Would it be possible to read the .gitignore and ignore listed files and directories?
.gitignore
find /docs -name '*.md' -not -path './node_modules/*'
(Not sure how hard this is. Just an enhancement idea. Low priority. Just thought of it as workaround for #41)
