Display X-Forwarded-For address #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log information on client side through load balanced web servers.
2. Check log.
3. See that IP of load balancer is in log.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IP of client (in X-Forwarded-For header).  IP of proxy server.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.
If X-Forwarded-For header is set, output as:
8.8.8.8 via 192.168.0.5 in log or similar so real remote address is logged
and how it came in.
