Unable to delete Stored Query where original query is deleted. #314

Steps to reproduce:

Create a query (e.g., QRY-0034).
Save the Query Store to a data source.
Delete QRY-0034.
Attempting to delete the saved query store throws an error: 'Cannot delete the Query Store. It is needed for Insights.'

Expected behavior:

Deleting the original query should also remove its linked Query Store,
or require deleting the Query Store first before the original query can be removed.
