Just like we did with NDSP (neurodsp-tools/neurodsp#191), it would be useful to generally update the tests to save out plots. We already have this in FOOOF for saving out the reports, basically it just needs generalizing to do the same for all plot tests.

This could be combined with #176, or added after, since it depends in part on general use of the savefig decorator.
