遇到同样的问题。设置ExtendedTextField的strutStyle属性值为，const StrutStyle() 。可以解决你这个显示问题。但又会有另一个问题，当输入框中只有图片时，下一行行高会根据“图片”的高度显示，直到出现一个问题。正在尝试寻找解决这个问题的方案
