Resource description is visually indistinguishable from a resource

Each Resource section has a short description. This description is visually the same as the text used for resources, making it hard to distinguish from the resource content.

Make the description text visually distinct from the resource text.

Perhaps one way to do this would be to give some margin after the description and before the first resource.
