Error during PyOP2 phase of firedrake-install

I'm getting the following error during firedrake-install:

    Adding PyOP2 0.13.0+786.g5f18075f to easy-install.pth file                                                            
    error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/ibmstor/scratch/lindad/sawtooth-firedrake/lib/python3.10/site-packages/setuptools/script (dev).tmpl'

I've attached my firedrake-install.log. Any ideas what's going on here? My google searches did not yield anything promising

Ok, after invoking firedrake-update, the installation finished successfully. 🤷‍♂️
