There's a backlog here: #2 and the recent release of v106 missing v105 suggests that time has come to mothball this work.

The alternative is to look at Builder: https://github.com/richardlehane/builder and perhaps add some of the DOI stuff via a GH action.

Convert backlog.
Publish on Zenodo and create DOI.
Announce on droid-list and pronom-list, 30-day period.
Archive repositories.
