Licenses endpoint.

Hi Thomas @tmortagne,

with Giorgos @gdrosos we were wondering if you are using any licenses endpoints for the maven plugin.

AFAIK we don't have one, that's why I asked Giorgos (and eventually involving Sebastian @proksch ) if it was possible to provide licensing endpoints for files and package_versions.

I also know that as Endocode we gave up the work on the REST APIs (I think that Lisa @lisa-noeth is aware of this).

What's your opinion about this?

I'm using https://lima.ewi.tudelft.nl/lcv/LicensesInput, but I guess that's not your question, and you are talking about getting license metadata.

I did not started looking at it, but I was planning to use the metadata endpoints. It's not clear to me why you need a dedicated license endpoint for that.
