@adamretter The 9.5.fb branch is ready for testing the Java build. Let me know if you find any issues.

@adamretter Thanks! https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/releases/tag/v9.5.2 is ready for generating and publishing official Java binaries too. Thank you!
