Any way to get all tags (not just frontmatter ones) in a current file?

I've noticed that the Note.tags field just gives the frontmatter tags in a file, which is understandable since these are much easier to find, but it would be nice if there was a function that got all tags in a note... specifically, it would be nice to have the frontmatter handling pull in all tags in the file into the frontmatter on write.
