support for python 3.11?

Hi,

I was having a problem installing ethers with Python 3.11. Specifically, I was getting the following error:note: ld: framework not found Security which was stopping the whole installation

I found some notes about this here but my rust-foo is completely not at the level of understanding what's going on :-)

Do you know if this package should support 3.11? Is this a Python/macOS problem?
