Description

This was seemingly previously reported as #2230 however it has evidently regressed:

@lampholder can we bump this up in priority considering we're pushing xmpp bridging much more now?

Looks like only three line wraps work badly now:

You would need to be using a tiny screen to trigger the issue, so small that many other parts of element would be more broken then this, so downgrading severity and setting occurrence to uncommon.
