Steps to reproduce

I suspect this is a race condition that only occurs sometimes, but in my case I'd just restarted ED after an update, which re-opened in a room with threads in it. Then I noticed this thread summary:

However, image.png isn't the last message in the thread

The thread summary should show the last message in the thread

What happened instead?

It showed a preview of an attachment that isn't the last message

I saw this too, the thread summary was correct then I opened the thread in question and it changed to much earlier messages
