[BUG] Style and screenshot fixes to the Optimizing anomaly results topic

This issue was initially filed as a reminder to fix screenshots and style issues in the ESS Optimizing anomaly results topic to ensure the page matched its corresponding Serverless version. Since then, it's been expanded also to refresh outdated instructions to ensure the content is up-to-date and correct.

To summarize, the following items should be completed before closing this issue:

• Validate the instructions in "Optimizing anomaly results" (Serverless and ESS) and fix anything that's outdated. Audit of content is here.
• Refresh outdated screenshots.
• Ensure the text styling matches in the ESS and Serverless versions of the page.

NOTE: Will need assistance with testing the instructions and grabbing screenshots. I'm unable to produce anomaly data that will trigger ML rules and create ML job results.

Looks like we'll be keeping this page in the Serverless docs for now. The classic and Serverless docs are equally outdated so, aside from a couple screenshots, the content mostly matches up.

Once I refresh the classic docs, I'll need to open a PR against the Serverless docs to apply the necessary updates there as well.

Moving this forward a sprint because, as of today, I don't anticipate making the Serverless and classic changes over the next 2 weeks.

Applying the blocked label since will need assistance setting up a test deployment to recreate these images and test the content.
