By default the APM app queries indices matching apm-* but it is possible to customize this via kibana.yml and UI Indices.
Starting in 7.x APM will start using data streams (optional) and from 8.0 this will be required. Data streams will write to pre-specified, non-editable indicies (logs-apm*, metrics-apm*, traces-apm*), and we should therefore remove the options for customizing the indices.
Steps:
At some point during 7.x we should deprecate or give warnings when users use the kibana.yml settings
8.0: remove kibana.yml settings for customizing indicies
8.0: remove UI Indices from APM app
Removea apm_oss app (I don't think we'll need that anymore)
