[APM] ML anomaly detection integration: Displaying anomaly job results in the Transaction duration chart is not as intended #84185

Summary

Partially related to the charts replacement issue: #84178

It seems that with the new Elastic charts implementation, we're displaying different anomaly detection job results in the charts that intended.

This is an example chart from the existing implementation - as described in our Kibana docs

Anomaly scores >= 75 shows a vertical annotation on the chart. The constant min/max bounds are displayed as a blue stream around the average duration.

In the new chart it seems like the anomalies are generally graphed as an area across the chart and there are no annotations for anomaly scores.
