Allow move/drag in entire viz title area

When you go to move a viz in a dashboard, you have to get over to the far top right of the viz. It's a pretty small area to hit;

Would it be possible to be able to click and then drag for anywhere in the top of the viz, or even any whitespace in the viz instead?

I agree with @Bargs but I'm wondering if it was intentional because in v4 we didn't have the move icon on the right.

@alt74, @cjcenizal - what do you guys think about getting rid of the move icon and making the whole title bar moveable? Or have both (though that feels a bit weird to me)? Happy to make a PR for this if the design is approved, but I don't want to undo something if a conscious decision was made to have it the way it is now.

Also note, the lack of move-ability on the title bar creates an issue where in embedded mode, panels can no longer be moved around because the icon disappears. This was brought up in a discuss ticket: https://discuss.elastic.co/t/how-to-move-panels-on-kibana5-shared-dashboards/67460

Not sure if that change was intentional, but it does differ from Kibana 4 behavior.

Fixed with replacement of gridster with react-grid-layout
