Describe the bug
While retesting a bug for Administration, I ran into an issue in Ingest where I was not allowed to create an Agent Configuration from Integrations in because the Save Configuration button is disabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable Ingest and Fleet for Kibana instance
  2. Start an Elasticsearch instance
  3. Start a Kibana instance
  4. Navigate to Ingest Manager > Integrations
  5. Go to Add Elastic Endpoint Integration
  6. Click link for New agent configuration
  7. Add a name and description
  8. Observe the Save Integration button is disabled

Expected behavior
Able to Create Agent Configuration from Integrations in Ingest Manager
