Describe the bug:
As in the title: when switching to another dashboard with a markdown-link, while in fullscreen, the button to exit from fullscreen is gone

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create and save 2 dashboards
  2. In (at least) one of them, add a markdown-visualization with a link to the other dashboard (as described in this comment)
  3. Set the Kibana-advanced-setting filters:pinnedByDefault to true/On
  4. Open the dashboard with the visualization, set it to fullscreen
  5. Note the Kibana-logo in the left bottom, which reveals "Exit Full Screen" on hover.
  6. Click the link to the other dashboard in your markdown-visualization
  7. The Kibana-logo is gone, nothing happens on hover in the left bottom. There is no way to navigate out of the full screen
  8. Refreshing does close the full-screen mode, but takes some time to reload

Expected behavior:
I'd expect the same logo and exit-link to be present in the second dashboard (and subsequent ones)

Errors in browser console (if relevant):
Chrome Inspect (Ctrl+Shift+I) tab Console revelas one error that is however always present and expected, seems not to have to do anything with this issue.

Any additional context:
Clicking a link that is pointing to the dashboard itself exits full screen anyway (filters:pinnedByDefault:true or not) on the first click, but not on subsequent navigation (i.e. navigating A -> B -> B -> A -> A -> A still leaves one stuck in fullscreen)

Tested this in 8.2 and it seems to be fixed 👍 When navigating from a fullscreen dashboard to another dashboard via markdown link, the new dashboard will no longer be in fullscreen mode.
