In order to allow for similar performance tuning as in many other parts of Kibana, the advanced setting courier:maxConcurrentShardRequests (introduced in #22379) could be applied to infra ui requests as well. This might be slightly confusing though because the setting name implies it only applies to courier.

Relates to #22206.
