Dashboard - enable option to set table view as default for a graph visual #1786

Maybe this becomes moot with #1525 but if not, it would be good to be able to have the option to configure a visual on the dashboard to default to a table view instead of having to click on the up arrow at the base of the object to show it each time.

Indeed, the table visualization is what solves this
