login/password examples missing

Docs for kibana4 use direct access via http. This is not the way any sane person will use it in reality. The internet is full of howtos with dead links to sample configurations for securing kibana using tls and user authentication.

Would be handy to have equivalent samples for kibana4. When I'm reading readme I do not really want to see toy examples, I'd rather learn how can I start using it properly right away.
