Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Elastic Cloud
Problem Description
When loading Kibana sample logs dataset, the data is spread from (around) 1 week before "now" to 2 months after "now"
I guess it's a bug, because querying it requires manual selection of the time range which is unconvenient.
Spacially in 8.6 because the ML "use full data" doesn't work, see #152316
Steps to Reproduce
Load the dataset and go to discover

The sample logs dataset extends into the future by design.
As the default time picker option is last 15mins, you always want to have example data within that range.
The design of the data set or the design of ML's "Use full data" button?
For the data set, this would need to be asked to the kibana team. The data set has been around for a long time now. It was not created or maintained by the ML team.
Apologies if I have closed this issue prematurely. I'll reopen it for discussion.
