Flame graphs

Describe the solution you'd like
We want to be able to let users inspect CPU profiles in a flame chart, which is the appropriate visualization type for this type of data. Currently, the data schema is quite specific to APM. You can look at the POC specifications in the design document.

We'd like to get an idea of how feasible it is in the roadmap of Elastic Charts that we might see a generic flame graph implementation before we pursue our own implementation temporarily for supporting it in the near-term in APM.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We might pursue an open source graphing solution in order to get to a MVP for APM. We've been considering https://github.com/spiermar/d3-flame-graph but need to investigate further.
