node-sass is deprecated and no longer maintained, it's recommended to switch to sass package

Node Sass is no longer supported. Please use sass or sass-embedded instead.

Also it's my understanding is this package prevents using more up-to-date nodejs versions, such as 20 LTS.

Came to the same conclusion after seeing a python2 requirement for this to build, then realized it also builds using electron11 because of Win7 support in mind (#1007 (comment)).
Also correct link to the package is sass
