engfunc(EngFunc_TraceHull, ..., DONT_IGNORE_MONSTERS, ...) does not react to players if the cvar sv_force_ent_intersection is "1". That is, it doesn't matter whether the argument is DONT_IGNORE_MONSTERS or IGNORE_MONSTERS, the result is the same.
