Refactor the solution so that the modification of the configuration/runtime/assembyBinding section of the web.config is not required

To the best of my knowledge, none of the following DLL's are used by DNN, so they're only there to support this project. Why then are there so many version conflicts???

7. Microsoft.Identity.Client.dll - Version 4.61.0.0
8. System.Threading.Tasks.Extensions.dll - Version 4.2.0.1
9. System.Text.Encodings.Web.dll - Version 4.0.5.1
