docker api document link is invalid. #1

In the godoc page of go-docker, the link to api document (https://docs.docker.com/develop/api) is invalid.
How about change the link from https://docs.docker.com/develop/api to https://docs.docker.com/develop/sdk/?

Thanks, I'm not sure if the Docker docs are up to date yet as this is not officially launched yet.
