Add documentation of Dexie Cloud WebSocket- and sync REST endpoints

The current docs for the REST API does not cover how to call the sync endpoint or to connect using a WebSocket client to subscribe to changes.

A deeply detailed documentation of the sync API (REST- and Websocket) should be documented along with a Node library to use these API:s from server clients.
