Submit a proposal that defines the measurements of impact that might best represent field specific impact. Consider Impact Factor, H-Index, Citations, and Altmetrics as starting points.

OUTPUT: A proposal or research paper detailing potential measures of impact and how they might be associated with various methods of attributing impact.
