While reviewing the wagi docs around module references, I noticed that an OCI reference may be used.

Currently, this project publishes release artifacts in the form of GH release attachments (which, perhaps in the future, could be module references if wagi added support), but I'm wondering if publishing release artifacts to an OCI registry might be in order, for immediate use/reference in wagi-based projects. Perhaps the GitHub Container Registry associated with this repo serve this purpose?
