[CT-257] Utilizing Deprecated Module from MarkupSafe #97

soft_unicode was depreciated in version 2.0.1 of MarkupSafe and removed in version 2.1.0 (released 02/17/22). It was replaced with the module soft_str.

MarkupSafe version history here.

Here's the error when running pip install dbt-snowflake for refferance:

Thanks @jpjsonic! We're going to resolve this with a patch to dbt-core: dbt-labs/dbt-core#4745, dbt-labs/dbt-core#4746
