run "perl beatnik.pl" to generate a new 50kish word epic Beatnik poem in the style of Howl. Vocabulary is drawn from Howl, The Lovesong of J. Alfred Prufrock, and several short poems by John Clellon Holmes. A rudimentary grammar generator creates sentence structure and rattles off 90,000 lines of poetry in a second or so. Adapted from a script I wrote many years ago, my first program ever. Glad it's still kicking around.
