Simple Chrome extension allows you to select text, right click, select "Discover word or phrase on Urban Dictionary" from the context menu, and then be redirected to that Urban Dictionary page for the word or phrase.
Successfully passed review for publication onto the Google Chrome web store and is available here. Name of extension is "Urban Dictionary Adventure".
