Need to put an updated swagger.yaml file to lcd directory
Because now we are using standard config but there are wrong routes
Reference to gaia config

@mrlp4 to build swagger ui need to install github.com/rakyll/statik and then in project root dir do:

statik -src=cmd/cyberdcli/temp -dest=cmd/cyberdcli/lcd -f

then build cli
