We would like to also release a docker-image with tag 1.4.0 if we trigger a release event with git tag 1.4 . So someone could downgrade explicitly to 1.4.0 if we will release e.g. 1.4.1 and update the minor level with this latest one too.
Additionally the 1.4.1 event should also update the 1.4 docker image.
