Remove address parameters from global sdk.Config

The following parammetters are part of hte global configuration, but not really used anywhere

• CoinType
• Purpose

This is one of the steps behind global config removal as stated on issue: #7448

Remove the getters and setters, and move the parameter dependant functions as part of the address type file to be used natively on other chains.
