Background

We should make a CLI command to allow you to update client.toml entries. When theres an issue, its much easier to give people a single CLI command line to copy/paste to fix their issue, rather than instruct them on how to edit the client.toml.

Suggested Design

osmosisd update-config node "https://osmosis-mainnet-rpc.allthatnode.com:26657/" should just put that in the right spot in client.toml

Acceptance Criteria

  • Can give a one-liner for people to use to update their CLI client.toml's
