Hi, I would like to use clustering that's come from another source, and just use RATTLE for the error correction and polishing. Is this possible? If so, what format and how can I transform my clusters into the binary format that RATTLE expects.

Cheers,
Nadia.

Hi,
I was able to correct and polish my own cluster by running RATTLE from scratch using my cluster as input. I set --iso-max-variance to 50 and --iso-score-threshold to 0.01, in order to keep my cluster intact in the output. Don't know the opinion of the devs on this solution, but it seemed to work.
Maybe it works for you too.
cheers,
