🐛 Support for android

When installing workerd on an android device using termux i get
Error: Unsupported platform: android arm64 LE
But doesn't workerd already support linux arm 64

Android isn't a strategic target for us at all so it's unlikely to be prioritized. If someone from the community wanted to contribute and help maintain it I think we could probably review those PRs but it's unlikely to be something we could regularly prioritize.
