Factors that should be taken into account:

  • How recently the tag was used
  • How frequently the tag is used

So ideally it would be a mix of tags the user is on a streak with (like when I'm tagging a bunch of #webgl tutorials) vs. tags the user uses all the time (eg for me is #ilold)

Also, don't autoinsert a previous tag when the user presses enter. That sucks. Instead, make auto-insert an easy shortcut, like shift+enter or ctrl+enter
