Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Original Recipe

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs potatoes, cut
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; greese well.
  • Cut the potatos, into wedges or quarters as desired.
  • Mix potatos, olive oil, cheese, chopped rosemary, and salt & pepper in a bowl.
  • Spread onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring once.
