- 1.5 lbs potatoes, cut
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; greese well.
- Cut the potatos, into wedges or quarters as desired.
- Mix potatos, olive oil, cheese, chopped rosemary, and salt & pepper in a bowl.
- Spread onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes, stirring once.
