- 1.5 lbs salmon
- 2 tbsp melted butter (3 tbsp unmelted?)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 gloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with non-stick or veggie spray
- Cut salonm fillet as desired; lay on baking sheet skin-side down.
- Lightly brush salmon with small amount of melted butter.
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrums, parmesan, garlic, and all the dried seasonings.
- Drizzle remaining butter into bowl & mix.
- Evenly top the salmon fillet(s) with the mixture.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until salmomn is at 125ºF for medium-rare.
