Chef should get permission to distribute proprietary boxes for testing use

It is difficult to ensure community cookbooks support Chef's officially supported platforms when cookbook maintainers can't run tests (e.g. Solaris 11). Chef Inc. should work with its partners to allow distributing prebuilt base boxes.

I appreciate your feedback but this isn't something directly actionable via a GitHub issue, so I'm going to close it. Talks continue with the relevant vendors, however.
