Updating the duplicate geometries field in the site_geometry table

In our database we now have a duplicate geometries tracker field that is updated when one of the fields is updated or inserted.

We would like a tool to manually call that will update all of the entries in the table so the analyst has a better idea of which entries they need to rework or look at.

The tool has been named DataDuster and is contained in the commit c4e2bb5 on a new branch that we can put more of these data cleaning or processing tools/scripts.
