The upcoming reformed parser uses a lifetime named 'src wherever a reference to source text is taking. Previously, I used 'a everywhere, which is hard to read and made it easy to use incorrect lifetimes. Remaining 'a / 'b' lifetimes should be renamed to 'src or something more descriptive.
