Issue Summary

I am running a cal.com instance with the following environment variables correctly set:

DATABASE_HOST: <redacted>
DATABASE_URL: postgres://<redacted>:<redacted>@schedule-postgres.default.svc.cluster.local:5432/schedule_prod
POSTGRES_DB: schedule_prod
POSTGRES_PASSWORD: <redacted>
POSTGRES_USER: <redacted>

The instance runs, and I can use it to schedule events.
However when I try to navigate to "Settings > Admin > Users" or "Settings > Security > Single Sign-On" the logs get spammed with the following repeated messages:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a cal.com instance
2. Navigate to "Settings > Security > Single Sign-On"
3. Page does not load, logs get spammed
