Transfer Learning

Is there any way I can use transfer learning on an existing model trained with puctutaortf2? If yes, then what should I do with the dependency of the weights matrix on the vocabulary size (from what I understand from the code, initialized weights have size "vocab_size cross hidden layers". would be a great help if you could answer!
